Wednesday night showcases my attempt at self-expression and self-insertion in a very symbolic sense. Often when going through the art-making process, the illustration takes shape in the emotions I am feeling at the time of creation. While not depicting myself, I wanted to capture the beauty in the mundane, with both the boredom and contentedness one feels on a typical 'Wednesday night'.
